US$ Rental Rates are subject to 10% FLA Sales Tax. Cleaning included for all stays of 7 nights and over. (£65.00/$111 supplement if below.)

20 % discount for stays of 21 nights and over.

All utilities included with the exception of long distance phone calls.

Deposit:
25% upon reserving apartment.
50% upon reserving apartment during Seasonal Holidays as
detailed above.
Balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure.

Breakages/Security Deposit
A deposit of £250/$375 is required with the balance payment to cover any breakages, damage to property, lost keys, etc. This will be refunded to you on your return, on receipt of the keys and once our agent has checked the property.

There is a utility truck parked on the drive for security reasons throughout the year. The garage to the villa is unfortunately not accessible due to the storage of owners jet skis and motorbike. The pool is maintained through a weekly visit from a representative of our Management Company and after treatment, is out of use for approximately 1 hour.
