It is easily accessible from several Florida airports. Sarasota and Fort Myers airports are approximately 55 minutes from the villa. Tampa international airport is 90 minutes drive away. Orlando and Miami both have international airports and are approximately 2.5 and 3 hours drive respectively.
Rotonda encompasses lakes in abundance, canals, golf courses and green belt areas allowing superb balance and harmony with nature.
With numerous nearby beaches – Boca Grande, Englewood, Stump Pass - the beach is a must for sun worshippers, watersport and enthusiasts and young families.
